I am not endorsing any product. This is just a summary of what I think are the most important weight loss products, and my opinions regarding their effectiveness. Losing weight is very hard, and I think it is important that you are not discouraged. If you are still not losing weight, it is very likely you need to try something different. A weight loss diet is designed to make you feel hungry, but the problem is that it does not actually make you hungry. In the first two weeks you probably won't think you are hungry at all. By the end of the first few months you may become more hungry, but it is not true that you are full. I believe it is important to start with low calorie foods that you eat at least 2 to 3 times per day. This will allow your body to get used to eating more calories than it used to. I have personally started with dieting by going on a 2 to 4 hour fast on a few occasions.
